On Saturday 12- March the Bogota Recreation Commission hosted its annual Easter Egg Hunt in Olsen Park. Children from Preschool to fourth grade gathered by the Environmental Walk bridge to find as many eggs as possible. They were divided into appropriate age groups and raced for the colourful items. The Easter Bunny was on hand to cheer on the hunters, and receive hugs and candy after the race.
Bogota Mayor Chris Keleman along with Director Jim Moore , and other members of Borough Council were on hand to "hide" the eggs and hand out prizes to those who found the special eggs.
