The Bogota Basketball team play against Midland Park on Thursday-18-February. The Men's team traveled to Midland Park and had a 58- 39 victory. Bogota had the lead after the first quarter and built it to a 29-19 advantage by Halftime. The Panthers could not stay within 10 Points of the Bucs who pulled away in the final eight minutes for the win. Andrew Raid had team highs in Points with 16 and Three Point Baskets with 4. Mr. Raid also pulled in 7 Rebounds for Bogota. The Bucs record is now 16-5. Their next league game will be on Tuesday 23-February against Park Ridge. This will be played at home in Speary Gym and will have a 7:00p tipoff. This will also be the Senior game for the 2016 season.

The Bogota Lady Bucs Basketball played the Lady Panthers at home in Speary Gym. Midland Park jumped out to a 7 Point lead to start game and kept the pressure on Bogota for the first half. The Lady Bucs trailed at the half 23-37, the the way to a 39-74 loss. Lesly Peralta led Bogota in scoring with 11 Points including 3 Three point Baskets. Bogota's record is now 4-14, they next play at Caldwell on Saturday 20- February with a tipoff schedule for 2:00p. They will play their Senior Game on Monday 22-February starting at 7:00p against Belleville in Speary Gym.
