Some results from Bogota High School sports.
On Wednesday 13-Jan the Bogota Wrestling Bucs won their match against Wood-Ridge 57-21. Michael Martinez, Boula Takla, Christian Gonzalez, James Bracket, Jevon Stephenson, Alfonso Salandra,and James Dupree all score Pin Fall victories.
On Friday 15-Jan. they competed at Leonia High School and had a 48-33 win Tahj Rodriguez, Michael Martinez, Tyler Williams, Boula Takla, Christian Gonzalez, and Zayn Ksiyer all had Pin Fall wins.
These wins give Bogota a 6-2 record. Their next match will be against Ramsey/Lodi/ Dwight Morrow at Ramsey High School this is scheduled to start at 10:00a
The Men's Basketball team traveled to Green Meadow in Waldorf, NY and earned a 85-40 victory. Isiah DeLa Cruz had a team high 18-Points Andrew Riad , and Tim Uzor led the team with 3 Three Point baskets each. Bogota now has a record of 7-2.
Their next game is on Tuesday 19 January against Midland Park. This will be a home game played at Speary Gym with a scheduled tipoff time of 7:00p

The Lady Bucs also traveled to Green Meadow and scored a 41-14 victory to move their record to 3-6
