On Thursday the Bogota Police Emergency Services Youth Academy premiered it's film of Class 05 from the Summer of 2015. The film followed the Cadets from sign-up day to their Graduation in July. This year the Academy was able to use one of the theatres at the Cedar Lane Cinemas in Teaneck. This offered a more spacious, and more comfortable, venue to watch the film. The larger capacity room still had every seat filled with graduate Cadets, their Family and Friends, along with Elected , and other Public officials. among them were Bogtoa Mayor Chris Keleman First Year Bogtoa Police Chief Daniel Maye and recently appointed High School Principal Damian Kennedy.
The Film was produced by the Academy's Technical instructor Rey Sanchez and photographed by Mr. Sanchez, along with some of the Academy's intern and still by Ed Rode. The use of conventional, personally mounted, and aerial platforms gave the audience a variety of looks at the life of a Cadet going through one of the finest Youth Academy's in New Jersey. It also showed the work and determination done by the Cadets, along with the dedication of the Academy's Staff and Instructors to bring out the best in the Cadets.
