VFW Concert

    On Saturday  10 -October the Bogota VFW Ralph Hall post #5561 will be hosting a fundraising concert in it's Upper Hall.  This will have  live music from three area bands. Scheduled to perform  are  "That 60's Band" from New Milford, NJ  The will feature  pop music from the 1960's and Motown. "Four Man Trio" will perform top hits  from the 60's, 70"s,  and 80's. The band "No Sweat" is also scheduled to perform a copulation of the  hard rock  in the style of groups from "Van Halen" & "Black Sabbath" to "Queen" & "Jimi Hendrix"
   Ticket are available in advance for $20 per person. There is also sponsorship deals available for businesses who wish to contribute. Sponsorship deals will provide  tickets to the concert, advertising in print in the Hall, and electronically during the pre-concert visual presentation.  Deadline for sponsorship deals is Monday 5- October.     Tickets may be purchased at the door if available. All proceeds from this concert will go the  VFW Post #5561 building and program fund.the post #5561 VFW with their effort to have a place where any Veteran who served their Country overseas to have a place to relax and be welcomed at.    The Concert will take place in the Main Hall located upstairs at 214 Leonia Ave. Bogota, NJ

There will also be a Pig Roast at the Bergenfield VFW Post 6467 on Saturday -19- September. This will be hosted by the VFW Men's Auxiliary. Tickets are $20 if purchased before Tuesday 15-Sept. and $25 after, or at the door. Students under 12 will be $15.       On Friday 18- September "Pro Wrestling is Magic" returns to the Bogota VFW with "Ascendio".  Doors will open at 7:15p and the opening bell  scheduled for 7:45p with a number of title match on the card. Tickets are $10 per person in advance and $12 at the door. There will also be a VIP package available for $25 per person which will include guaranteed front row seating  along with a Pro Wrestling Magic t-shirt.  There is a limited number of front row seat available.
