Note: The Senior Center on the second floor of the Bogota Public will be undergoing a repainting starting on Friday 21-August. Some events may be canceled, or moved. One event, the Saturday Fit Club will be canceled for Saturday 22-Aug. The next class will be on Saturday 29-August starting at 10:30a. This will be a free event to anyone 18 years or older. All fitness levels are welcomed. Anyone who attends must bring their own Yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Comfortable exercise clothes are recommended. The Bogota Public library will present the movie "Mall Cop 2" starting at 6:00p .This is a free event with snacks & water available for $1.00. All proceeds will go to help fund future Library programs.

The Teaneck New Theatre in cooperation with the Hackensack Cultural Arts Centre will present "Monty Python's Spamalot" . This will be the final weekend for this production Friday , Saturday & Sunday until Sunday 23-August. Curtain times for Friday and Saturday will be 8:00p. Sunday will be have matinee performance schedule to begin at 3:00p. Ticket prices at $18 for Adults and $15 for Students & Seniors. Bogota Beautiful is hosting Saturday morning Yoga classes. These will continue through August. Classes will go from 9:00a to 10:00a They will be held in Olsen Park in Bogota. These classes are open to anyone regardless of age, or experience. The classes will meet at the Vic Scully field in Olsen Park depending on the number of attendees classes will determine where the classes will be held. Everyone who wishes to attend is required to provide their own mat, towels, and water. Comfortable clothing that will allowed free and ease of movement should be worn. This is free to the public, however it is asked to contact Bogota Beautiful at there website: bogotabeautiful.com to make a resveration for as many dates as you wish.
Now available from Bogota Beautiful are workout mats. They are available in pink or blue and come with their own carrying sleeve, and straps to keep the mat rolled securely. The Bogota Swim Club will be hosting a "Camp-Out" at the Swim Club. This is open to all residents of the Borough for a chance to sleep under the stars at poolside. The Campout starts at 8:45p on Saturday night and will go until 10:00a Sunday morning. Ticket are available in advance for $10/ per person for members and $15 / per person for non-members. Tickets may be purchased at the door for $15 for members & $20 for non-members
There will be Movies, Games and a Midnight swim, after the late swim free midnight snack of S'mores will be available. Food will be available for purchase during the evening with a breakfast of bagels, donuts, juice & coffee starting at 8:00a. The weekly " Meet the Mayor" event will take place in the office of Mayor Chris Keleman This is open to any Bogota resident who would to ask the Mayor a question about Bogota, or to discuss any matter to help improve the quality of life in the Borough. Anyone who wishes just to have an informal conversation with the Mayor is also welcome to attend. Meetings will be held on a first come basis. This will run from 5:00p to 7:00p in the Mayor's office. His office is on in Bogota Borough Hall located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ.
