The weekly " Meet the Mayor" event will take place in the office of Mayor Chris Keleman This is open to any Bogota resident who would to ask the Mayor a question about Bogota, or to discuss any matter to help improve the quality of life in the Borough. Anyone who wishes just to have an informal conversation with the Mayor is also welcome to attend. Meetings will be held on a first come basis. This will run from 5:00p to 7:00p in the Mayor's office. His office is on in Bogota Borough Hall located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ.

The Bogota Public Library is hosting a Summer Science series for Student in third grader or higher. The next session will be on Tuesday 28- July starting at 4:00p. Advanced registration is required for each week, this is needed to determine the amount of materials needed for that week's session. There will be a different topic for each session , the session will continue throughout the Summer.

The Bogota Public library is extending it's Unplugged Family Game night to a weekly event that will take place every Tuesday in July starting on 7-July. The games are scheduled to begin at 7:00p These will be an evening to play board game with Family and Friends.

The City of Hackensack, and the Hackensack Police Dept will host its 32nd National Night Out. This is a free event starting at 6:00p and will take place on the Court House Green located at Main & Court Sts. Hackensack, NJ. There will be public safety information, games, and refreshments available. This will also be coordinated with the Summer Concert Series performance by; " Filet of Soul" the Hackensack based band featuring Rhythm & Blues along with soul music . Their concert is scheduled to begin at 7:30p

Ridgefield Park, NJ
- The Junior division is for those players who are in 5th & 6st grade and are under the age of 13.
- The Senior division are those players who will be in 7th & 8th grade and are younger the 15 years of age.
All home game will be played at Feigel Field in Bogota.
The next of the McGowan Park Summer Concert Series features a performance by the Waldwick Community Band featuring music of Broadway, Popular & Classic styles.
The Concert is schedule to start at 7:00p, with a rain date of the following day at the same time. Admission is free of charge,but it is recommended to bring a lawn chair, or blanket.

Hackensack, NJ
The Teaneck New Theatre in cooperation with the Hackensack Cultural Arts Centre will present "Monty Python's Spamalot" .This will open on Friday 7- August and continue every Friday , Saturday & Sunday until Sunday 23-August. Curtain times for Friday 7 Saturday will be 8:00p. Sunday will be have matinee performance schedule to begin at 3:00p. Ticket prices at $18 for Adults and $15 for Students & Seniors. Performances will take place at the Hackensack Cultural Arts Centre located at 39 Broadway Hackensack, NJ. Bogota Beautiful is hosting Saturday morning Yoga classes. These will continue through August. Classes will go from 9:00a to 10:00a They will be held in Olsen Park in Bogota. These classes are open to anyone regardless of age, or experience. The classes will meet at the Bandshell in Olsen Park depending on the number of attendees classes may be held in the bandshell or on the lawn in front of the bandshell. Everyone you wishes to attend is required to provide their own mat, towels, and water. Comfortable clothing that will allowed free and ease of movement should be worn. This is free to the public, however it is asked to contact Bogota Beautiful at there website: bogotabeautiful.com to make a resveration for as many dates as you wish. The Bogota Public library will have their first fitness session starting at 10:30a to 11:30a. This will incorporate a number of different techniques from the "Team Beachbody® Fit Clubs". This will be a free event to anyone 18 years or older. All fitness levels are welcomes. Anyone who attends must bring their own Yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Comfortable exercise clothes are recommended. This will be the final day to sign-up for Bogota Bucs Junior Football, and the Rec. Dept. Cheerleading. This is an extension of the original deadline that was added due to not enough players signed up to have three full teams.
: All divisions are opened to Girls and Boys who live and attend any of the schools in Bogota.
- The Pee-Wee is for the youngest players which is for student from 2nd to 4th grade, and are under 11 years of age.- The Junior division is for those players who are in 5th & 6st grade and are under the age of 13.
- The Senior division are those players who will be in 7th & 8th grade and are younger the 15 years of age.
All home game will be played at Feigel Field in Bogota.
