The Bogota Public Library's Saturday Fit Club will be continued until the end of August. This is a work out program each Saturday from 10:30a and lasts approximately one hour. This is held in the second floor Seniors Center located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ. The program is coordinated by Patrick Teran, who credits this type of workout program for helping him with his own fitness regimen. This uses the "Team Beachbody Fit Club"series which incorporates different styles of exercises. Participates must be 18 years or older and sign a waiver to attend. It is a free event, open to those experienced with the system, or those looking to start and is open to both Women & Men. Participates need to bring their Yoga mat, water bottle, and towels. Comfortable, and free moving exercies clothing should be worn.
