The weekly " Meet the Mayor" event will take place in the office of Mayor Chris Keleman This is open to any Bogota resident who would to ask the Mayor a question about Bogota, or to discuss any matter to help improve the quality of life in the Borough. Anyone who wishes just to have an informal conversation with the Mayor is also welcome to attend. Meetings will be held on a first come basis. This will run from 5:00p to 7:00p in the Mayors office. His office is on in Bogota Borough Hall located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ.

The Bogota Public Library will have the first meeting of a new, and different book club. This book club will focus on those book that are spiritual in nature. The first book to be discuss is "Afterlives of the Rich and Famous" by Sylvia Browne

The Bogota Board of Education will have a planing meeting starting at 6:00p. This will be followed by the regular work session. Both will take place in the High School cafeteria located on the second floor at 2 Henry Luthin pl. Bogota, NJ

A jnt venture of The Bogota High School PTO, Steen school, and Bixby school has come to form Bogota Airlines. There first operation will be a Tri- School International Festival on Friday 24- April at the Bogota High School. This is a chance to tour the world through the cultural background of the Student who attend the Bogota Public School System. The event is being hosted by the Bogota High School Multi-Cultural Club. Tickets for this travel experience start at $5.00 for advance and Seniors, while tickets at the door will be $8.00 at the door. Departure time is scheduled for 6:30p

Bogota Beautiful has an update on the Earth Day Clean up of Olsen Park & W. Main St. which will take place on Saturday 25- April from 10:00a to 2:00p They have received a commitment from the Bogota Dept. of Public Works to have a schedule pick-up of the trash and other refuse the Volunteer gather during the clean-up. The Company Reuseit has donated 50 sustainable, reusable Lunch bags. Park Rangers from New York City has signed on to join the clean-up and will help organize the various project that day. Home Depot will donate up to $200 worth of equipment. Some of the items will be Safty vest for Volunteers who clean-up near the Streets, Work Gloves, and soil were needed.
There has also been a commitment from 64 individuals to Volunteer to clean up Bogota. Volunteers are ask to be at Olsen Park at 9:30 a that day to help with organizing and set-up. Anyone also looking to Volunteer can register at: Bogota Beautiful Earth Day 2015 There is also a need for some other equipment such as Rakes, Street Brooms, Leaf and trash Grabbers, Cordless leaf blowers, ands a pair of Power Washers.
- This will be the First Annual Community Clean-up on Saturday -25- April It will be a celebration of Earth-Day 2015. Volunteers will be helping to Clean Olsen Park starting at 10:00a to 2:00p. This is being sponsored by local groups include Bogota Beautiful, the Bogota Environmental Commission, Bogota Green Team, Bogota DPW, Steen Elementary School PTO, Bogota Girl Scouts, Bogota Rescue Squad and the Bogota Public Library to help maintain Olsen Park. Volunteers will receive refreshments and a Lunch will also be provided. To register to volunteer to help cleanup please go to: Bogota Beautiful Earth Day 2015

On Saturday 18- April the Bogota Bucs baseball team had a 14-4 vicitory over Paterson Charter School.
Lady Bucs Softball
-Monday -20- April they will travel to Midland Park Start time is scheduled for 4:00p
-Wednesday- 22- April they will play Park Ridge at home at Lady Bucs Field in Olsen Park. with the first pitch is scheduled for 4:00
-Thursday - 23- April they have a home game against Cresskill at Lady Bucs Field in Olsen Park. Start time is scheduled for 4:00p
-Monday -27- April they will travel to Hawthorne Christian Academy for a 4:00p game.

- Monday 20- April they will at Home at the Fiegel Field Baseball Diamond against Midland Park, first pitch scheduled for 4:00p.
- Wednesday 22-April they travel to Park Ridge with a scheduled 4:00p start.
- Monday 27- April they will play Hawthorne Christian Academy at home at the Fiegel Field Baseball Diamond, first pitch scheduled for 4:00p.
