   The Bogota Bucs Mens Basketball team will play their first round game of the Bergen Invitational Tourney at Garfield High School. The will play Pascack Valley with the tip off time scheduled to be at 5:30p. garfield High School is located at 500 Palisade Ave Garfield, NJ

 The Puffin Cultural Forum presents the Madison String Quartet. This is schedule to start at 4:00p. Program will include Miguel del Aguila’s Life is a Dream, Haydn: Quartet Op. 76, no. 4 “Sunrise”, Korngold: Quartet no. 2 in E-flat Major, op.26, and Romero’s Fuga con Pajarillo. The Madison Quartet are Evelyn Estava (violin), Rebecca Harris-Lee (violin), Michael Avagliano (viola), and Gerall Hieser (violoncello). Reservations Recommended

Monday-16- Feb.
Bogota
   The Bogota Public Library will be closed in observance of President's Day.
   The Bogota Dept. of Public Works will not be collecting trash. The normal Monday collecting will be on Thursday 19-Feb. Regular Tuesday collection will take place & regular recycling collection on Wednesday will take place. Weds. 18 -Feb will be a Plastic/ Glass/ Aluminium pick-up.

 Wednesday-18- Feb.
 Bogota
   Bogota Beautiful will have its monthly board meeting  starting at 7:30p. This will take place in the Bogota Borough Council Chambers located on the second floor of Borough Hall. Borough Hall is located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ The public is invited to attend.

 Thursday-19- Feb.
 Bogota 

    The Bogota Library will have its initial presentation of their the Smarty Pants Authors  Lecture series. This will be based on traditional style of topical discussion, in the age before the internet.  This will be a chance to listen Authors, and writers  share their thoughts  and discuss their works with others. This will feature Sheila Robinson-Kiss who will speak about relationships.   The Hackensack Cultural Arts Center presents the Woody Allen play " Central Park West.  This will take place at the Hackensack Cultural Arts Center located at 39 Broadway in Hackensack, NJ Showtime is at 8:00p on Fri. & Sat 20-21- Feb as well as 27 & 28-Feb.    The Bergen County Historical Society will celebrate the 283rd Anniversary of the birth of George Washington.  This will take place from 1:00p to 5:00p  at  Historic New Bridge Landing.   Tickets are $ 7.00 for adults and $5.00 for Students. The week in Bogota Sports Lady Bucs Basketball    On Thursday 19-Feb they travel to Midland Park  with a schedule starting time  at 4:00p   The JV Lady Bucs play after the Varsity game  on 19-Feb. starting at 5:30p Bucs BasketballOn  Sunday- 15-Feb  they play their First round game of the Bergen Invitational Tournament against Pascack Valley. This will be play at Garfield High School with a scheduled tip off time of5:30p On Thursday 19-Feb they play a Home game in Speary Gym against Midland Park with the tip-off scheduled for 7:00p  The Junior Varsity Basketball will play before the Varsity game  at 5:30p on  19-Feb. The Boys Freshman team play their games starting at 4:00p on  19-Feb. Bogota/Weehawken Wrestling    On Saturday 21-February  they  will compete in the District 7 Tournament. This will take place at Leonia High School starting at 7:00p  Leonia High School is located at 100 Christie Heights St. Leonia, NJ
