On Wednesday 11- June the Steen Hawk Band performed their Spring Concert. They showed off what they have learned the year with excerpts from the lessons they have been during the School Year. Then a series of Solo, & Duets performances which displayed their individual skills. One special Solo perforance was given by Saxophonist Kamilila as she to the moment to play a Happy Birthday song to her Father in the Audience.

The Bogota Junior Bucs Football teams, and the Junior Cheerleaders are having sign-ups for the Fall 2014 season. It will take place at the Bogota Recreation Center located at 162 W. Main St. Bogota, NJ.
This will be a chance to sign-up to join one of the three teams in Junior Football Program : All divisions are opened to Girls and Boys who live and attend any of the schools in Bogota.
- The Pee-Wee is for the youngest players which is for student from 2nd to 4th grade, and are under 11 years of age.
- The Junior division is for those players who are in 5th & 6st grade and are under the age of 13.
- The Senior division are those players who will be in 7th & 8th grade and are younger the 15 years of age.
All home game will be played at Feigel Field in Bogota.

During this event there will be a chance to sign-up to join the Junior Cheerleaders and will attend all of the Jr. Bucs games. The age groups for the Cheerleader are the same as the football players.

The meetings will be held in the Bogota Senior Center located on the Second Floor above the Bogota Public Library located at 375 Larch Ave Bogota, NJ. It is mandatory that a Parent or Guardian of each Cadet attend one of the two meetings for that Cadet to participate in the Academy.

Any Veteran wear an VFW of American Legion cap as well as all Active duty Military personnel ( with I.D) will be admitted free of charge.
