The Board of Education will have their public meeting in the Cafeteria of Bogota High School. The meeting is scheduled to start at 7:30p. At this meeting the Board will discuss the criteria to fill the one open seat on the Board. The vacated seat was the one held by recently elected Councilman John Mitchell. Also at this meeting their will be the issue of whether or not the Board of Education should hold a meeting once a Month, or continue to have two meeting each month during the school year. The Public is urge by the board to voice their opinions over these and other items they feel are important to the education of the Students in Bogota. The High School is located at 2 Henry Luthin Pl. Bogota, NJ.

Bogota Beautiful will hold their Monthly Board meeting. At this time it is schedule to be held in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall. At this time it is scheduled to start at 7:00p please check on the exact time by contacting Amaru Bustamante at bogotabeautiful@gmail.com

The Steen School is having a Family Science Night on Thursday 23- January starting at 6:30p. It will run until 8:00p. There will be a number of activity stations set up on the Steen Gym floor so Students & their Families can preform some experiments together. It is asked that those attending be as prompt as possible , because some of the experiment may not be available for the enter time.

The Hackensack Regional Chamber of Commerce is hosting an introductory meeting to the business in Bogota to learn more about them. This will be a meet & greet at the Valley National Bank located at 325 Palisade Ave., Bogota, NJ. This will take place on Thursday 23-Jan. starting at 6:00p. Space will be limited to 50 attendees. Part of the program will be learn about how the Hackensack Regional Chamber of Commerce can aid business in Bogtoa to grow through networking events, open houses, and to connect with other local Chamber. This event is only for business in Bogota, it is recommended that an appropriate amount of business card or other contact material be brought.

The Bogota Bowling team will have a meet against Hawthorne Christian at the Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park stating at 4:00p
The Lady Bucs travel to Waldwick a 4:00p game. The Boys team host Waldwick at Speary Gym for a 4:00p game.
The Bogota Bowling team will have a meet against Midland Park at the Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park stating at 4:00p
The Lady Bucs will host Cresskill at Speary Gym a 4:00p game. The Boys team travels to Cresskill for a 7:00p game
Saturday 25-Jan.
The Bogota Wrestling team has a match against Rutherford & Ft. Lee at Ridgefield Park High School starting at 10:00p
The Boys Basketball team play Eastern Christian at Kennedy with a tip-off time at 11:00a
