  Some scores and photos from the Bogota High School sports team.
  On Monday the Wrestling team had a 39-38 victory over Garfield at Speary Gym . Boula Takla, Fafael Gil, Jonathon Profit,  and Dennis Kolenovic all scoring Pin Falls. This improves their record to 4-2. Their next match is on Wednesday 15- Jan at Emerson starting at 7:00p.
   On Tuesday the Lady Bucs Basketball team had a lopsided lost at Saddle River falling by a score of 25-86 they now have a record of 0-8. They play again at home in Speary Gym on Thursday 16- Jan. against Hawthorne Christian. This game has a 4:00p start.
  The Boys Basketball also play Saddle River, at Speary Gym , on Tuesday and suffered a 43-56 lost to the Rebels. Bogota took at 26-23 lead into the half after a back & forth first two quarters. To start the the third quarter Saddle River used a full court press against the Bucs forcing a number of turn overs, which allowed the Rebels to have a 9 point run. After taking the lead Saddle River controlled the game from there.
    Anthony Ovalle, Chris Alcanter, and Isiah Dela Cruz had  team highs of 9 points, and Brain Lukabu lead with 13 Rebounds. This moves their record to 1-7. The Boys next travel to Hawthorne Christian on Thursday 16- Jan with a tip off at 7:00p
