A reminder of some local benefits happening this weekend , and a call for donations.
Today 17- Nov. is the annual Thanks-4-giving Turkey Plunge at Cupsaw Lake in Ringwood. This is for the
Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympic New Jersey. The Plunge it self will be at 12:00 p with an All you can gobble bash starting at 12:15 p

Another event that night is a concert at the 101 Pub in Bogota held for the 'Friends of Patty Brickley" The group " Moonlit Pulse " will be performing starting at 10:00 p. There will be no "cover charge" however all donations at the door will be excepted. As well as a 50/50 drawing that night. The 101 Pub is located at 101 Queen Anne Rd. Bogota, NJ

The Foster Adoptive Family Services of Bergen County (FAFS) is holding a toy drive at the Bogota Public Library. They will be collecting new , or gently used toys to be distributed to children who are in, or going into foster care. They will also be accepting donations of gift card, movie tickets, along with sporting items.
