Members of the Bogota Fire Dept. will participate in the annual Ridgefield Park 4th of July parade. A long standing tradition the Bogota Fire Dept. will once again support the neighboring community in celebrating the nation birthday. Just as the Borough of Bogota welcome the Women & Men from Ridgefield Park who join in honouring the service Women & Men who serve the country at the Bogota Memorial Day parade.
The Main parade in Ridgefield Park will begin at 11:30a starting at Preston & Hudson Ave. Before the Civic parade will be the Baby & Youth parade beginning at 9:00a starting at Poplar Street & Euclid Ave.
Other local events are the Teaneck parade going down Queen Anne Rd. starting at 9:00a and marching down to Votee Park. There will be a family festival with food, games & rides until 2:00p
Hackensack will 4th of July festival just across the river at Foschini Park. This will start at 10:00a and run all day until their firework show starting at about 9:15p The fireworks can be seen in a number of location in Bogota and Teaneck near the river.
