    The Bogota Lady Bucs basketball team lost to the Park Ridge Lady Owls 38-41 at home tonight. After a brief first quarter lead the Bucs committed too many fouls, too often, let park Ridge build up a eight point lead at halftime. The Bucs started the second half stronger to close the gap to three point at one time.  However, Bogota could just not find the final push to complete the comeback. The lost causes the Lady Bucs to drop below .500 with a record of 3-4. Jillian Marino had a team high 19 points.
   Meanwhile the Boys team traveled to Park Ridge to also play the Owls, and came away with a 51-31 victory. This raises their record to 6-3. Liam Geraght had 14 points, and Josvali  Vasquez lead the Bucs in scoring with 16.
