For the month of October the Bogota Library will forgive the fines on overdue item if a food item ( of equal or greater value than the fine.) is brought in at the time of the return. Items need are canned meat, fish, vegetables, fruit & soups. Boxed cereals (hot & cold) rice, potatoes, cake & pancake mixes,along with syrup,& icing. Boxed juice are also needed. Please check the expiration date on all items, to be sure that are still in usable condition.
The Library will also except food items from anyone wishing to donate then. For more information please go to the library website at www.bogotapubliclibrary.org
