Cooling Centres in Bergen County

Bergen County has established 4 regional cooling centers. The following will be open which will be open tomorrow, Tuesday, June 18th through Friday, June 21st from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.:

In anticipation of the expected heatwave this week, the Lakes at Darlington County Park will open to the public for daily operation, one week ahead of scheduling.
Starting today, the lower swimming lake at Darlington County Park will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Labor Day, September 2nd. The upper lake, home to the Wibit Splash Zone at Darlington Lake water obstacle course, will be open this weekend and will begin daily operation next week, beginning on Monday, June 24th.
